Richmond Live reserves the right to refuse admission to a ticket holder if, in the reasonable opinion of a Richmond Live representative, admission of the holder to the venue might be a risk to the safety of the audience and/or the ticket holder and/or affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running of the festival, for example, if the ticket holder appears to be under the influence of drink and/or drugs and/or is acting aggressively.
Public camping is not allowed on the Batts site. For details of local camp sites see the Information section of this website.
Advance weekend purchase ticket holders must exchange their ticket or e-ticket for a wristband on arrival at the site this must be worn at all times for the duration of the event.
No alcohol is permitted to be taken into the festival arena and the only containers permitted shall carry non-alcoholic liquid in collapsible cardboard, foil or plastic unopened (tamper proof closure still intact) containers. Glass will not be allowed inside the site.
In the event of inclement weather wear warm waterproof clothing.
No private sound systems will be permitted on site.
Please use bins provided; Richmond Live volunteers do not get paid to pick up other peoples rubbish. Fires are not permitted in any area of the festival site and will be extinguished and the person/s responsible will be removed from the site. Please respect the parkland.
There is no on-site parking at the Richmond Live event. Local parking in the town is available. See our Information section for more details.
There are Disabled toilets on site. There is no separate ticket for disabled patrons.
Persons lost in the arena should meet at the First Aid tent near the main stage.
Dogs are NOT allowed on the site for hygiene and health and safety reasons.
Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Under 12's will be admitted free if accompanied by an adult. Wristbands will be issued at the gate.
Official merchandise is only on sale inside the arena do not purchase goods from unofficial vendors.
Strictly no trading is allowed on site without written permission from Richmond Live.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the full, advertised bill performs any ticket purchased is for the event and not a specific artiste/band. Richmond Live reserves the right to change the bill or running time without prior notice.
In the event of cancellation of the festival by Richmond Live, their responsibility for refund is limited to the face value of the ticket only.
Under no circumstances will duplicate tickets be issued for lost tickets etc, wrist bands will be issued only once on handover of advance ticket/e-ticket receipt or cash on the day.
Ticket holders consent to the photography, filming/sound recording of the event as members of the audience, which may be used for promotional purposes.
The ticket remains the property of Richmond Live until payment is received in full. Resale of tickets is prohibited without the express permission of Richmond Live.
No tickets may be used for competitions or promotions without written permission from Richmond Live. This includes official Richmond live sponsors and media partners.
Richmond Live reserve the right to implement any restrictions/conditions deemed necessary before and during the event to ensure the safe management of the festival site WARNING: IT IS POSSIBLE THAT EXPOSURE TO LOUD MUSIC MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO HEARING.
Sorry we do not give refunds on ticket purchases unless the event has been cancelled.
