Richmond Live 2008 T-shirt Competition...

Once again we are offering members of the public the chance to become part of Richmond Live history and help us celebrate many years of bringing you the best live music by producing the design for the front of this year’s RL T-shirt.

Who can enter?

The competition is open to anyone* of any age and the winning designer will have their work printed on this year’s T-Shirt, will receive a prize of £100 and 2 VIP backstage passes for this years event.

All qualifying entries will be posted on the Richmond Live the winning design will be chosen by members of the Richmond Live committee

The brief...

We are looking for a simple, eye-catching and imaginative design which reflects the work that Richmond Live does in the local community, and what it means to you.

Come on then folks, designing a t-shirt isn’t hard; after all, they let me do it for the last five years!  Check out the rules below then click here to submit your entry as an attachment to an email with the words ‘tshirt comp’ in the subject field.

Rule

1. The Closing Date for entries is Sunday 24^th June 2008
2. The decision of the Richmond Live committee is final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. You may enter a maximum of ten individual designs.
4. Richmond Live reserves the right to disqualify any design which is offensive, defamatory or otherwise contrary to law, or which in all the circumstances is considered unsuitable.
5. Entries should be single colour-black on a white background and submitted electronically as a .JPG file, no bigger than 21cm X 29cm @ 300dpi
6. Entries should be accompanied by your: name; age; address; and contact phone number.  These details will be held by Richmond Live until Monday, 1 July 2007, and will then be destroyed.  Richmond Live will not use these details for any purpose other than this competition.
7. All entries (other than those disqualified under rule 4) will be posted on this website.
8. All entries will be posted on the website and the winning design will be chosen by members of the Richmond Live committee
9. The winner will be notified and results published on this website by Sunday 30^th June.
10. All images submitted should be the original work of the entrant and copyright free in nature. Any image found not to be in compliance with this rule will be disqualified in accordance with rule 4.
11.  The winner agrees to assign all rights to the image to Richmond Live Ltd to use in any way it sees fit.
12. The winner agrees to take part in marketing / publicity activities including being photographed and or interviewed by the press. Creators of winning designs who are not willing to take part in these activities will be disqualified.
